I do not know the backstory to this item. It show signs of being taken apart. I removed the back cover and you can see there are chips missing. When plugged into computer half the lights kick on but no output ports work. Actual item is pictured. Item is being sold for parts or repair only, no returns! Recently sold one in similar condition, buyer stated “ board had neither the 24GB or the 3090”.
