These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. In addition to being heat treated, these screws also have a special tapered three-lobed tip (See Picture #3). This allows the screw to easily swage its own threads in most mild steels and non-ferrous materials.
