The fan did not have the typical dust buildup on the fan blades, and there is no sign of heat sink grease on the brass. The ground strap has markings of a screw and the writing on the motor is not clear. I metered the 3 leads and supplied 5 volts to the appropriate leads and the fan spun up. Since the anti-static bag was not sealed, I cannot sell it as new old stock, but since it works, and is clean it can be sold as Open Box. I did have an A30 and an A31P, so I might have had it as a spare.
